Exchange and return policy

The customer in Saudi Arabia has the right to return or exchange the products within 7 days from the date of receiving the order, provided that it is in its original condition with all its accessories.

• If you wish to return or exchange a product without a defect or manufacturing defect, the customer will bear the full shipping costs, with the exception of special requests (writing - size - detail), as they will not be returned or exchanged, except in the event of a defect or difference, in which case the modification will be made and the order will be reshipped free of charge to the customer. If it is not possible to modify or provide the same requested product, the order will be returned or exchanged according to the customer’s request.
• If the shipment is returned to us by the shipper due to the customer not receiving the shipment or not responding or interacting with the shipping company representative, the customer shall bear the shipping and return costs.

Cashback mechanism at Miles Store

If payment is made via card, the amount will be refunded via the card. If payment is made via bank transfer, the customer will be contacted by customer service to request a Rajhi or Ahli bank account to refund the amount. If there is another bank, there will be a transfer fee to a different bank of 7.5 riyals.

The return and exchange period ranges from 7 days to 21 working days.

• If the product is not available after completing the purchase, which rarely happens, the customer will be contacted to choose another similar product, or the amount paid will be refunded without any fees.
